Starts with two females pinning up items onto a board, they are wearing dated archaic dresses from the 1980's, it then moves onto the bands lead singer starting to play on a piano, once again he looks straight into the camera when he has the close up on him. I will definitely be using this technique in my video as it draws in the audience to the action. The lighting then helps the transition between them singing on the stage alone to being the live acts in a school disco. It would appear that in all the music videos i have analysed, the number of transitions and speed of transitions between shots depends on the temp, beat and rhythm of the music.
