Analysis:
Types of shots used: Mid-Shot, Close-Up, Long-Shot, Tracking, Over-The-Shoulder, Extreme-Close-Up, Panning, Low-Angle.
Starts with woman alone in a black dress looking into the mirror, close ups of un clothed body parts i.e. shoulders. Lighting highlights the sexual parts of the woman, making her attractive which is what the target audience would want to see. Either male or female, males for the appeal and females for what they want to look like.
Man and woman sitting opposite each other talking and enjoying company, man leaves for moment, woman recieves a note from a man whose face we do not see, she subsequently hides the note before her friend/boyfriend returns. Because of the name of the song, 'Unfaithful' we could begin to see that the events that we are viewing are of the begginngs of an end to their relationship. Although there are no words being sung the actions that are portrayed tell the audience everything. I will take particular attention to this when shooting my music video as this is very helpful when trying to convey the theme or idea the song is presenting.
Something that is also striking is the facial expressions the woman shows throughout the 1 minute i have looked at. Although she is in a setting where normally a woman would be happy and comfortable, her facial expressions depict another story, quite different to the one that i described.
